Terms of Use – TS AI Agent

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TS AI Agent by SolveroX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes within Atlassian Jira. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to extract source code or internal logic
  • Modify, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
  • Use the App to build a competing product
  • Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
  • Any other operation beyond processing authorized Jira work items and JQLs

4. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVEROX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

SolveroX does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all environments, or free from defects; nor does SolveroX warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or suitability of any outputs generated by the App. Any reliance on the App is at your own risk.

5. No Support or Maintenance Obligation

SolveroX has no obligation to provide support, fix defects, maintain compatibility, or continue operating/updating the App. Support, if provided, is discretionary.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVEROX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

SOLVEROX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF NO FEES WERE PAID, SOLVEROX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE ZERO (0).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolveroX, its owner, affiliates (if any), and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Your data, content, or JQL queries processed through the App
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Any actions taken based on outputs generated by the App

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the App operates within the Atlassian Jira environment and that all use of the App and reliance on its outputs is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for verifying results before making operational, financial, or strategic decisions.

9. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide legal, financial, compliance, accounting, or professional advice. Outputs are informational only.

10. Changes and Termination

SolveroX may modify or discontinue the App, change these Terms, or introduce pricing/licensing requirements at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Third-Party Software

The App incorporates third-party components licensed under their respective terms. SolveroX provides no warranty and assumes no liability for those components.
