Terms of Use – Metrics Reporter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Metrics Reporter by SolveroX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes within Atlassian Jira. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to extract source code or internal logic
  • Modify, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
  • Use the App to build a competing product
  • Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
  • Any other operation beyond generating authorized reports for Jira data

4. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVEROX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, GUARANTEES, AND UNDERTAKINGS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, CONTRACTUAL, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, PERFORMANCE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

Without limiting the foregoing, SolveroX does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, delay, defect, vulnerability, misconfiguration, security issue, compatibility issue, data issue, or error.

SolveroX does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the App, its installation, enablement, configuration, permissions, background processes, scheduled processes, storage, caching, logging, exports, reports, calculations, integrations, or interactions with Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Forge, Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian APIs, or any third-party service will be secure, accurate, complete, available, lawful, reliable, current, compatible, or suitable for any particular purpose.

SolveroX does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the App will prevent unauthorized access, over-collection, overexposure, misrouting, cross-tenant disclosure, cross-customer disclosure, cross-site disclosure, cross-project disclosure, cross-user disclosure, public disclosure, data breach, data loss, data corruption, data leakage, security incident, vulnerability, malicious activity, operational disruption, or other unauthorized or unintended processing, access, disclosure, transfer, deletion, modification, or exposure of data.

SolveroX does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, timeliness, or suitability of any reports, metrics, dashboards, exports, calculations, analytics, recommendations, summaries, or other outputs generated, displayed, cached, stored, transmitted, or made available by the App.

You acknowledge that risks may arise from installing, enabling, granting permissions to, configuring, accessing, or using the App, including before any report is generated or any active use occurs. Such risks may include software defects, permission issues, configuration errors, data access issues, security vulnerabilities, background processing errors, caching errors, logging errors, export errors, integration errors, Atlassian API behavior, Atlassian platform behavior, third-party service behavior, data exposure, data loss, data corruption, or unauthorized access.

YOU INSTALL, ENABLE, GRANT PERMISSIONS TO, CONFIGURE, ACCESS, AND USE THE APP ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. No Support or Maintenance Obligation

SolveroX has no obligation to provide support, fix defects, maintain compatibility, or continue operating/updating the App. Support, if provided, is discretionary.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVEROX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

SOLVEROX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF NO FEES WERE PAID, SOLVEROX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE ZERO (0).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLVEROX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, EXPENSE, PENALTY, FINE, INVESTIGATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL HARM, CUSTOMER CLAIM, EMPLOYEE CLAIM, REGULATORY CLAIM, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE INSTALLATION, ENABLEMENT, PERMISSION GRANT, CONFIGURATION, ACCESS, BACKGROUND OPERATION, OR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SOFTWARE DEFECT, CODE BUG, SECURITY VULNERABILITY, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OVER-COLLECTION, OVEREXPOSURE, MISROUTING, CROSS-TENANT DISCLOSURE, CROSS-CUSTOMER DISCLOSURE, CROSS-SITE DISCLOSURE, CROSS-PROJECT DISCLOSURE, CROSS-USER DISCLOSURE, PUBLIC DISCLOSURE, DATA LEAK, DATA BREACH, DATA LOSS, DATA CORRUPTION, LOGGING ERROR, CACHING ERROR, EXPORT ERROR, REPORT-GENERATION ERROR, PERMISSION ERROR, CONFIGURATION ERROR, ATLASSIAN API BEHAVIOR, ATLASSIAN PLATFORM BEHAVIOR, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE BEHAVIOR, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolveroX, its owner, affiliates (if any), and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your data, your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, your breach of these Terms, or any actions taken based on outputs generated by the App.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the App operates within the Atlassian Jira environment and that all use of the App and reliance on its outputs is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for verifying results before making operational, financial, or strategic decisions.

9. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide legal, financial, compliance, accounting, or professional advice. Outputs are informational only.

10. Changes and Termination

SolveroX may modify or discontinue the App, change these Terms, or introduce pricing/licensing requirements at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SolveroX regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements regarding the App.

14. Third-Party Software

The App incorporates third-party components licensed under their respective terms. SolveroX provides no warranty and assumes no liability for those components.
